Q: How do I know which instructor I'll get?

A: You can request an instructor for private and semi-private sessions at the time of booking. If you are not familiar with any of our teachers, let us know your goals and what you want to get out of your yoga sessions, and we will send you a great fit for your session or class!

Q: What do I need for my yoga class or session?

A: You just need a yoga mat. For pre/postnatal yoga, you will also need 2 blocks and a large towel. If you don't have any yoga props/mat, we are happy to lend you one for your first class or session upon request. We also recommend you have a small bottle of water if you have one handy to stay hydrated during your yoga practice.

Q: What should I wear?

A: Comfortable, stretchable clothing that you can move and sweat in. You don't want your clothes to loose fitting as they may get in the way when you're moving into poses. For pre/postnatal yoga,  please consider investing in prenatal yoga/fitness wear for greater comfort.

Q: Do I need shoes?

A: No, yoga is done in bare feet or in yoga socks.
