Congratulations! Now is the perfect time to take great care of yourself so you can take care of your little one(s) without feeling overwhelmed. You may not feel nauseated or unbalanced or exhausted anymore, but your postnatal body still has a lot of healing to do, and the relaxin hormone, which makes joints a little unstable, so it needs to be treated with special care for the first few months after delivery. We can help you feel better, get your body back, and find bliss in your healing process.
